ABOUT

This was the first Safe Traffic Town in the Baltics, designed to help children learn about road safety and traffic signs. I had the honor of decorating the metal houses in this miniature town.

There are seven structures in total: a train station, a gas station, a police station, a school, a hospital, a library (in three parts), and a shop.

Although it seemed like a quick job at first, working with bent metal surfaces meant I had to carefully tape everything in place, which significantly extended the painting process.

A little later, some of my previously created design objects, the Ekomobiliai, were relocated here from the student town, adding another playful layer to the space.

Commissioned by the Kaunas City Municipality.
