TITLE
ABOUT
A mysterious female face gazes from the narrow gap between two neighboring buildings — her calm yet piercing eyes meeting the flow of people heading toward Ąžuolynas Park. What was once a plain brick wall was transformed into a striking visual landmark, bringing character and a quiet sense of emotion to the neighborhood.
The mural emerged as a creative response to a long-standing disagreement between local residents over the unused space between their houses. Instead of leaving the area bare, it was turned into a work of art. One of the neighboring homes faces the large painted eye directly through a bathroom window, creating an almost humorous visual connection.
The eleven-meter-tall mural was painted over seven days by professional artist Justina Sendravičiūtė.
Illustration of a girl by the talented Argentine artist Diego Fernandez.
